ABOUT ANGELINA BEAS

"I didn't study burnout. I lived it — twice. And what I built on the other side of it is exactly what I now help my clients build."

I'm Angelina Beas — founder of 3 Elements LLC, an organizational development strategist, a leadership coach, and someone who has been exactly where many of my clients are now.

I started this work because I almost didn't make it through the work.

I spent nearly two decades in some of the most demanding organizations across healthcare, technology, and government. I loved the work — the complexity, the people, and the challenge of building something that would actually last. But I paid for it in ways I didn't fully understand until much later.

I burned out. Not once, but twice. And the second time, it touched everything. My health, my clarity, my relationships, my sense of who I was outside my title, and my output. I wasn't just tired. I was running on survival mode and calling it ambition.

What saved me wasn't a new strategy or a better time-management system. It was learning — slowly, with a lot of practice — how to regulate my nervous system. How to protect my energy. How to lead from a place of capacity rather than from adrenaline. I had spent 16 years as a somatic yoga practitioner and trained as an IFBB Pro athlete. I understood the body-brain connection at a level most leadership programs never reach. And I finally started using that knowledge for myself — not just in training, but in the boardroom, in strategy sessions, and in hard conversations. That's when everything changed.

And then I looked around.

As I began to rebuild, I kept seeing the same thing everywhere I looked — in my colleagues, my clients, and the leaders I admired most. People grinding. Surviving. Performing at a high level while quietly running on empty. And accepting it, as though that were just the cost of doing the work at this level.

I stopped believing that was true.

What I left behind wasn't the corporate world — I'm still in it, alongside my clients every day. What I left behind was the idea that merely existing was a reasonable way to lead, that survival mode was a badge of honor, and that the grinding was inevitable.

It is not. The leaders who figure that out first don't just lead, decide, and build better — they live better. More present. More fulfilled. More themselves. That is not a side effect of this work. It is the point of it.

I bring both worlds — and the space between them.

Most leadership consultants come from the strategic side, while most coaches come from the human side. I live in both.

I have 18+ years of hands-on organizational development and change management experience across organizations including Highmark Health, Kraft Heinz, Ansys, and the State of Ohio. I have designed leadership programs, built L&D functions from scratch, led enterprise-wide transformations, and coached 200+ senior leaders through the most complex moments of their careers.

I have 16+ years of somatic practice, nervous system training, and the kind of personal discipline that only comes from competing as an IFBB Pro athlete — something I pursued in my 40s and continue to do today. That path taught me what no MBA program covers: that the body keeps score, that the brain under chronic stress literally cannot access its highest functions, and that sustainable high performance is a biological skill — not a mindset hack. I don't just teach this. I practice it in every aspect of my life.

That combination is rare. It is exactly what the leaders I work with need — someone who understands both the complexity of the work and the cost it entails, because I have lived through and navigated both.

The experience behind the work.

Here is what working
together actually looks like.

Whether we're working with you individually, with your leadership team, or across your organization, our approach remains the same. We look at the whole picture.

Not just what needs to change — but the human capacity to make and sustain that change. Not just the strategy — but the energy, clarity, and resilience needed to execute it without costing you everything.

Capacity — the ability to lead clearly, decide well, and sustain high performance without running on fumes — is not a fixed trait. It is a skill that can be built, strengthened, and protected. In individuals. In teams. In organizations. Here, we build it together.

From both my own experience and nearly two decades of working alongside leaders at every level, I know this: the strategic and the human are never truly separate. When one suffers, the other follows. When one strengthens, the other rises.
